Areas of Practice
Brendan C. Recupero is a bankruptcy and litigation associate at Craig and Macauley Professional Corporation. His practice concentrates on business reorganization and insolvency matters. Mr. Recupero has experience representing debtors, creditors’ committees, landlords, and other creditors in insolvency proceedings. Mr. Recupero frequently advises clients on bankruptcy and creditor issues in connection with matters in and out of court.
Mr. Recupero has authored and co-authored several articles on various bankruptcy topics. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Recupero served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. William C. Hillman, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Massachusetts.

Education
Mr. Recupero received a Bachelor of Arts from the Saint Anselm College in 1996 and a Juris Doctor cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1999. While in law school, Mr. Recupero served as the Managing Editor for the Suffolk University Law Review.
