Areas of Practice
Christopher J. Currier is a shareholder of Craig and Macauley Professional Corporation and a member of the firm’s Business and Banking Law Department. Mr. Currier’s practice is focused on business law, commercial lending and real estate law. Mr. Currier also advises business clients on labor law issues.
Representative Matters and Work For Clients
Mr. Currier represents a wide variety of clients, including banks, real estate developers and large and small businesses, including sole proprietors. Mr. Currier advises banks and borrowers in connection with all aspects of commercial and real estate financing as well as work outs (including foreclosures). He also advises business clients in connection with their business including organization and stock and asset sales.
In connection with his real estate practice, Mr. Currier advises client on all aspects of real estate law, including leasing, acquisition and sale, title, zoning, and permitting. Mr. Currier has represented buyers, sellers and lenders in connection with both with multi-million dollar transactions, as well as smaller transaction involving small business owners.

Mr. Currier is admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association.

Mr. Currier received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University, College of Law.
