Daniel C. Reiser is a shareholder with Craig and Macauley Professional Corporation.  He practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, loan workouts, and business reorganizations.  He has represented creditors, debtors, trustees and committees in insolvency proceedings in a number of jurisdictions.  He has also represented litigants in a wide array of matters including actions involving contract disputes, intellectual property issues, complex real estate transaction disputes, corporate opportunity and corporate governance disputes, employment matters, and collections.
