Joseph J. Koltun is a litigation associate with Craig and Macauley Professional Corporation.  His practice concentrates in commercial litigation.  He has represented clients before the state and federal courts and governmental agencies of Massachusetts and New York.  His work has covered most aspects of litigation, including counseling clients prior to the commencement of formal litigation, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.  Mr. Koltun also has experience in the areas of securities law, landlord-tenant law, and bankruptcy law.
