Katherine Carter Santos is a litigation associate with Craig and Macauley Professional Corporation. Her practice includes civil and criminal litigation.  Her work covers most aspects of litigation, including counseling clients prior to the commencement of formal litigation and settlement negotiation, as well as all aspects of discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.

Education

Ms. Santos received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was awarded a Morehead Scholarship. Ms. Santos received her JD, with Honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Santos was a member of the North Carolina First Amendment Law Review.
