Nadia Chinchilla is a litigation associate with Craig and Macauley Professional Corporation.  Her practice includes tort, insurance defense and commercial litigation.  She has represented clients before the state and federal courts and governmental agencies of Massachusetts and California.  Her work has covered most aspects of litigation, including counseling clients prior to the commencement of formal litigation, settlement negotiation, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.  Ms. Chinchilla also has experience in the areas of individual and corporate bankruptcy.

Awards/Honors

During law school Ms. Chinchilla received honors for her oral advocacy at the Hispanic National Bar Association Moot Court Competition.  Ms. Chinchilla and her Moot Court Team also received the Second Place Award at the national competition.  Ms. Chinchilla was also a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition Team and Scott Moot Court Honors Board.
