Peter I. Dunn is a business and banking shareholder at Craig and Macauley Professional Corporation. He practices in the areas of corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements of debt and equity securities. Mr. Dunn represents public and private clients in a number of different industries, including life sciences, medical devices, transportation, banking, construction, and commercial real estate development. He also represents emerging companies in all phases of their start-up activities, from formation to raising capital.

Mr. Dunn received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1994 (cum laude/ Phi Beta Kappa) and his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 1998 (magna cum laude), where he was a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team.
