David F. Hannon is a shareholder of Craig and Macauley Professional Corporation and the head of the firm's Business and Banking practice. For over 30 years, Mr. Hannon has advised financial institutions and other businesses.
Representative Matters and Work For Clients
Mr. Hannon provides counsel to Boards of Directors and Senior Management on general corporate and governance issues, as well as acquisitions, executive compensation and securities. He has extensive experience in federal and state regulatory matters affecting financial institutions and in commercial and commercial real estate lending and work out matters.

Mr. Hannon is listed in The Best Lawyers in America as an expert in banking law. He has also been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” by Law and Politics and Boston Magazine.
Mr. Hannon is a member of the Board of Advisors of Boston University's Morin Center for Banking and Financial Law. He is also a member of the Banking Law Committees of the Boston Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Hannon, a graduate of The Phillips Andover Academy, received his B.A. from Harvard College (cum laude) and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
