Chauncey D. Steele IV is a litigation associate with Craig and Macauley Professional Corporation.  His practice concentrates in commercial litigation representing business organizations, insurance companies, and the various entities and individuals they insure.  Mr. Steele has experience defending tort, dram shop, products liability, premises security, and contract disputes, as well as age, race, gender, sexual orientation, and handicap discrimination claims.  Mr. Steele’s practice involves extensive motion, deposition, and trial practice in state and federal courts and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
